THE "gloves are off", says the Seafront for All (Seafa) action group after City of Cape Town officials yesterday again refused to respond to a motion calling for the withdrawal of the original proposal to redevelop the Sea Point Pavilion.
With a review application of Environment and Planning MEC Tasneem Essop's approval of the project already pending in the Cape High Court, Seafa said it would consider further litigation to force officials to refer reports about the development to the city's mayoral committee and full council.
